Founded in 2020, the Black Diamond Philharmonic has quickly become a leading arts organization in the state of West Virginia. BDP offers a variety of performances annually, with performing forces ranging from small chamber ensembles through symphony orchestras. Dedicated to playing a broad range of repertoire with a focus on under-represented and Appalachian composers, BDP continues to add to the cultural vibrancy of north-central West Virginia.
